Beaupre's Towing & Repair

Had to be towed from Rantoul to Bourbonnais on a Sunday evening. Awesome job. Great service. I would only use them.

Beaupre's Towing Inc. is the WORST establishment, business of any kind I've ever experienced. My husband and I were in our car, when it rolled over into a ditch on Saturday outside of Kankakee. That night we arranged with insurance to have our car towed, but we found out the next morning that beaupre's had STOLEN our car and is now holding it hostage at their lot which is now locked. When we arrived at the business office the next morning, we were informed that they were charging us 3 times the rate our insurance's wrecker had arranged to charge us. When we asked to speak to the supervisor about negotiating the price, they told us NO! When we insisted, they informed us that they would no longer be accepting credit card as payment because "people like us who argue don't pay their credit card bill!" To make matters worse, they showed us our car's registration that they had retrieved from our locked vehicle. So, not only had they stolen our car, they vandalized it! Like rolling over into a ditch wasn't bad enough, we have been punished by having to deal with beaupre's!!



God forbid this happens again, but if it does I'd rather put the car on my back than have beaupre tow it.

Address is not updated.. The person in charge is absolutely so unprofessional and rude. They charge ridiculous prices for the worst service. We got into an accident and they were called by the police to tow the truck and container to their parking lot. Not only did they keep bothering us and threatened us to take possession of the two items that is in their yard. They have not been professional throughout the whole process. The insurance paid them the money they wanted (which was unfair to begin with) and still they want to charge us more money because they "close" at 4pm which he told one of my other drivers that he closes actually at 5pm, and he needs to pay his "workers" overtime to wait for the driver to open the gate and close the gate. probably wants to charge us hundreds for that simple job... The worst people on the planet. People like this should not be in the service industry.

Place is terrible, charged me 360 for a tow, never informed me of a daily storage fee, didn't inform me how much the tow would be until i got to the store, driver said they were 24 hour but when i asked if i could go right away to pick up my vehicle( it was around 9 at night) he said I would have to wait until 8 AM (so they could add another day of "storage fees") and when i called in they were disrespectful and told me they were closed from 11am-1pm and closed doors at 4pm, and upon getting my car back, they damaged my front bumper. Your better off trying to pull your car out of a ditch with your hands

Would not recommend this company to anyone. This is not a 24 hour company, it is a 24 hour on call company. They charge a $35 daily storage fee to have a car in for repairs. And they do not inform you of the storage charges or towing cost prior to towing your car . The towing fee was more than $200 for under 15 miles. I have used other local companies and received better service and better pricing.
