Stello's Pizzeria

Stello's has been my NUMBER 1 pizza place until a recent experience I had when placing an order for delivery. I had a few friends over and we decided on ordering from Stello's, we were going to put the order on our debit due to the fact that some of us had cash some didn't, it was just the easiest option for repayment. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned , when I asked if I could pay with debit, the man's whole demeanor changed and very sarcastically stated, "I guess if you really have to", I told him I never had a problem with ordering before and he stated, "credit cards kill us". Now, growing up in a family that owns an appliance business and being in a relationship with someone who owns a restaurant, I totally understand the credit card charges that small businesses receive however, It was just the easiest way to go at that time. I have never been treated and or treated anyone the way this man had. He went on to tell me he owned the place and he wasn't arguing with me over the phone. There was no argument, he either wanted my order or he didn't. Needless to say, I ordered from somewhere else. In the past, I probably ordered from Stello's and/or visited Stello's at least 2-3 times a month due to it being my 9 year old daughter's favorite place as well. Not only did Stello's lose a credit card charge, they lost a customer.

When i moved back to town i ordered from from them and loved the food, They did not get order correct several times i ordered. So, I quit ordering. Decided to try again tonight and the one thing i really wanted was sauce with my order. Made sure repeated extra sauce. Got none at all. Called to inform them and the person answering phone could offer anything but poor deliver driver to come back out. For just sauce? Discount on next order when no orders have ever come right. Food is good but gave them enough chances to get order right! Deliver driver is sweet and very friendly! But cooks cant seem to get an order right or provide better service when we point out order is wrong. Just done with trying.

Best pizzeria in town! i would order from Stello's over any other pizza place any day!
