Oasis Oral Surgery

This oral surgery office is absolutely amazing. It is super clean, the staff and the doctor are professional and make you feel comfortable. I was relieved to find an office that was able to book my appointment immediately and they really follow the Covid 19 restrictions so I felt safe. The surgery was successful and after my recovery from IV sedation, they walked me to my car. This is the best Oral Surgery office in the City!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred to this oral surgeon by my dentist to have a broken (and quite painful) molar extracted. I have had 5 teeth extracted in my life and I am very aware of the pain involved and how I tolerate the pain. I called to question the pain management tactics of the office. Well I guess they didn’t like that because when I showed up for my appointment today (that waited 3 weeks for, drove a half hour to and cleared two days of work to heal from), I was told that the appointment was cancelled and I was discharged as a patient. I was told that everyone in the office had talked about me and my questions and they remembered me. And they decided to take me off of the schedule without telling me. And then they lied about it saying they did tell me, when I know the last conversation I had with them was about how all other oral surgeons were booked til next year so I needed to keep the appointment because I’ve been in pain daily with this broken tooth. We also discussed how they wouldn’t release my X-rays until my insurance paid for them, making it difficult to schedule elsewhere. The person on the phone discussed with me how to receive pain management for this procedure through my PCP and my original dentist, which I did. Apparently this office doesn’t appreciate patients who are fully in touch with their bodies and know how much pain they can tolerate when having bones severed from cranial nerves, and decided to toss me out like unimportant garbage. I’ve never had such trouble getting a tooth pulled, ever. This is just another sign of the decline of the American healthcare system and how little these practices respect their patients as human beings. I’m 43 years old and have never experienced anything like what I have experienced here. I will now have to take more time off of work and lose more income. If I could rate less than one star, I would. Unbelievable treatment. Truly unreal.

I am so pleased and thankful for oasis oral surgery. I was never a fan of the dentist but their professionalism was impeccable. Dr. Bryant and his assistant Alliyah were awesome. I recommended my aunt and a few coworkers to this office. Thanks again .
