        Overall

        They were super quick! Very friendly, cheap and the driver was very pleasant and friendly.. Over all, it was great! I will highly recommend to friends!

        First the driver shows up with a hook truck, not a flatbed even though AAA was told it was a 4 wheel drive car. He had to go back for the flatbed. Then, when I was confirming where he was taking it, he cuts me off and tells me the wrong place. I correct him and try to give directions since the address has changed in the past 2 years and I was pretty sure the GPS would not be accurate - he cuts me off and yells at me that he doesn't have to put up with this and he can leave my car in the lot for all he cares! I had 2 friends with me who were giving me a ride and the male friend tried to also tell him where to take the car and the driver again said he would just leave my car and go. Today I called the garage where it was supposed to go to find out what was wrong and it isn't there! I called Pasco's and the guy who answered the phone doesn't know where the car is and his driver (the jerk) is not answering his phone. The guy at Pasco's says he finds it hard to believe his driver was so rude to me. Really? THEN WHERE THE HELL IS MY CAR?!?! If you need AAA in Scranton and they tell you Pasco's, do everything you can to get them to call a different tow agency! Then the guy at the garage said I was a nasty person because I was upset they lost my car!
