        One of the best mobile home parks in the Holland area. A quiet residential neighborhood. The residents own their own homes; we do NOT have rental trailers available. We do have lots available for new homes, and occasionally, current residents sell their homes. The best way to find a home is to tour the park: if there is a home for sale, there will be a sign on it. The park management does not keep a listing of homes for sale. Qualifications for tenancy are simple: good credit, reliable source of income, no criminal background nor eviction history. We are an equal housing opportunity provider. Many of our residents have been here for 30+ years. No pets allowed.

        The Park is under new management. They have really cleaned up the place, and put many improvements in. Windmill is a safe, pleasant, convenient, and economical place to live.

        don't do it!

        first of all the owner of the place named roger is a rude grumpy old man and very disrespectful, he's like a rich old man that looks at us (low income) people like were not worth a damn. like i cant afford 220 dollars a month, come on who couldn't! so if you do decide to go apply BE AWARE he's an a hole!
