This place is the epitome of SLOW!!!!!!!!! Doesn't make any sense. And the staff really are rude and act like they are all at funerals or something! Lol its a shame how much cheaper they are than other plasma centers also. They need to do better that is all!

what is going on with lab.been loyal donor for months. now my lab results are lost or not processed.they say I cant donate now.who do you u talk to.nobody there knows whats going on!

I have never been so upset with a place of business as I am with Biomate. I visted Biomate on 8/26 my husband sat on a bed for a hour and 15 min. to wait to be stuck to donate and then another 30 min. to be taken down. Now I am sorry but at 4 pm it wasn't packed and there was no reason for that long of a delay and when the money u get isn't enough for the time spent. Then when you have to deal with people who act like either they don't want to be there or they act like you are desturbing them either way the attitude is so uncalled for. When working with the public you encounter many different people and sometimes its not easy but being pilot is still very easy and is expected. But at the same time when your management acts like they are being disturbed when speaking with clients I am sure working side by side with that makes others in the work place act the same way. It sucks because i know plasma is needed to save lives and with the rude people really makes you not want to use this plasma bank and the time you wait is just very poor time management but the works get paid to spend the day there 25 and 35 isn't and the bad part is there are a few VERY GOOD AND RESPECTFUL PEOPLE employed at booster its ashame that a few bad ones spoil it for the rest and it sucks
