SCAM ALERT!! Do not sign up here if you ever plan on canceling your membership. First off, they let my 15 yr old brother sign up for a membership without an adult present. A few months later he decided to cancel because he wasn't able to go often. Called them and was told we had to call back during a certain time, did that and was told you have to email your request. Did that and was told can only be done in person on a certain day & time. Went there to cancel, was told no manager here to process the cancellation. It was obvious they were not going to be helpful and would keep giving us the runaround. Well my husband wasn't having that. He went there and demanded a cancellation, when he was denied, he proceeded to tell everyone there the sordid tale and warn anyone there to sign up to BEWARE! Bruce, the manager i guess, finally accepted the cancellation to shut him up but not before charging us exorbitant cancellation fees. A sweet old man was there at the same time trying to cancel because he was ill and was given the same runaround as well. I felt so bad for him and just found it disgusting that they virtually hold you hostage once you sign up.

good clean facility---machines all work well . Administarative area is a bit scetchy. I paid two days early in april---i was due april 3 and paid april 1-----they took the two days away and made me due may 1 and not may 3 as it should be.My money comes in on may 2---i need the days i owned. No workin with them yet---this happened yesterday and a promised phone call back never happened and three visites in person last night were not successful. I tried to pay extra to get the two days back so i could get to my next payday----they were not able to do that either. I do like the location and the equipment---the building and facility are nice and clean also. The young man at the counter is very respectful and helpful, he just did not let me know by paying early i would lose days. Kinda like being punished for paying early. I hope it all works out. As long as you do not pay early---this is a great place to get healthy
