I was never told by the cab company over the phone when I called for them to pick me up that there was a 20 dollar minimum

for credit or debit card processing. The driver never metioned it either before I got into the cab. When we got to my destination, the actual fare total was around $12.40. I handed the driver my debit card and he said there was a 20 dollar minimum. I told him that I didn't have cash, only the credit card. I handed him the card, thinking he would understand and make an exception. He didn't, and he handed me the 20 dollar reciept to sign. I said that I wouldn't sign the reciept and he called the dispatcher and said to send the police. I went ahead and signed after all it was only a few dollars. I told him that the cab company were a bunch of thieves and got out of there.

Watch out for these guys. They should be shut down.

horrible service. Driver was a few blocks away from my house ( I was headed to ER at MRMC and he told me the minimum was 50 dollars-- a 7 mile ride). I told him to take me back home and I would call another cab service. He then complained that I should have been told that min was 50 dollars ( remember for a 7 mile trip). He made me feel uncomfortable as we neared the destination he kept yelling ( remember I was headed to the ER at MRMC), it appeared he was on some substance as he was erratic in his conversation. When we arrived at ER at MRMC he initially refused to take my credit card, I told him that I had already called the office ( prior to pick up) and they told me that they took Credit cards, he cursed and then made me wait 10 min outside the ER so he could run the card ( all in the hot sun with AC off). I went to tip him and he told me that he added it already on to the bill ( without my permission). I was too sick to fight and entered the ER. NEVER , NEVER , Never , take this cab for your ride.

they always picked me up on time,and I always tipped them well. my complaint is if you ever forget something in one of their cabs don't bother trying to get it back. I left a welding hood that cost me a grand in the trunk as well a a carthart jacket and some legal papers with all my personal info. I'm really considering of taking legal action against the cab company and the driver that wasn't honest. they have lost my business for good,and I spent hundeds of dollars using their service.SO BEWARE OF THEIR DISHONESTY !!!!!!

Everyone I talk to hates this company... After accidently using them I found out why... WOW,,, BE WARE!

Over two hours waiting on a taxi, on a Monday night.....lame.....
