        Overall

        This will be my first time giving an on-line review and I think it is very important to share my experience. My mom passed away last week. I called on Saturday to have arrangements delivered on Sunday. I was pleased that they were able to do arrangements on such short notice. However, if I knew what I was going to receive, I would of never called this place. The first arrangement was with roses and lilies, the arrangement didn't last 2 days until the funeral, the lilies and roses where falling off the stems. The second arrangement was sunflowers (which they said they had), to my surprise they were so small and practically closed for days. It was not worth the over $200 dollars it cost me and my family. Deeply Disappointed and embarrassed.

        Exceptional

        I received flowers from Forever Flowers several times and they were incredible. What a creative arrangement in a beautiful piece of pottery. I have told everyone there is nothing like this florist in Eastern CT.
