I showed up in the afternoon to get a room with double beds for 2 nights for me a friend the desk clerk informed me that he just reserved there last ones but could give me 2 single rooms at the same price as the double room i was satisfied and went ahead and got them. The desk clerk printed out the charge amounts i noticed he was charging me for both rooms he assured me this was not the case and his manager would fix it in the morning. Well needless to say the manager did not fix it and basically called me a lair saying the clerk I dealt with the night before knew better then to do that of course I was upset for being called a lair and for being lied too then on top of that the manager informed me and my friend that we need to vacate the premises . This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I am completely appalled on how this manager handled the situation it is obvious this manager needs some lessons in customer service. I will never be going back to this hotel again. Good news is we were able to get into the comfort inn across the street they have amazing customer service and know how to treat a customer
