Chowsome Buffet

I thought the food was great, and only eat at buffets every two weeks. But we come back from overseas vacation and the placed is closed. I heard somebody died from food poisoing. Is this true?? sad

Food is not bad. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Never come back. Last time we went there 2 things happened. The lady at the frontdesk made a mistake and put my son's age wrong, so they were charging us more...she ended up upset with us, yelling at us and saying that it was our fault and did not recognized her mistake. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff.
Also, they don't have what they offer. We went to eat crab legs, paying $16.99/each, but it resulted that "no more crab legs for today, sorry" the unexperienced waiter said, then my husband went to ask the manager how can it be if we are paying for that, and that's why we went on that day, just to eat the crab legs... she said sorry and she pointed out that the food there is limited, it's not all you can it.... we were of course very disappointed and felt stolen, it was a waste of money. This was not the first time they were rude and totally unprofessional. We were regular customers, but NEVER COME BACK AGAIN and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The food preparation at Chowsome Buffet is outstanding as well as the taste. The price is fair. I've become a regular customer.
