Minsky's Pizza

WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO MINKSY'S FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THEIR PIZZA IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT, AND CONSISTENT. WE STARTED GOING THERE ON MONDAYS AND GOT THE TOSTADA PIZZA WHICH WAS THE SPECIAL. WE HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERY PIZZA ON THE MENU, AND THEY ARE ALL VERY GOOD. WE REALLY LIKED IT AND DID NOT TRY ANY OTHER PIZZA THEN THEY CHANGED TO A CHEESEBURGER PIZZA ON MONDAYS, WHICH DID NOT SOUND VERY GOOD TO US, BUT WE TRIED IT ANYWAY. IT HAS NOW BECOME OUR FAVORITE! WE HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERY PIZZA ON THE MENU, AND THEY ARE ALL VERY GOOD.

Best pizza in town. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients.

I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten-free. It is so hard to find restaurants where I can safely eat and this location of Minsky's Pizza really gets it. We love their pizza!!

Minsky's- the best pizza in KC! I grew up eating Minsky's pizza, and however much I appreciate most of the other pizza establishments - Minsky's is still the best!!

If you haven't tried Minsky wait No longer. The atmosphere great the food is delicious and the service is outstanding! I love the chicken wings...

You must visit this Minsky's! The food and the people are great. If you haven't tried the Cheeseburger Pizza, Tostada, or the Mexican Pizza Rolls you must try them, they are my favorites!!

I visit Minsky's in Independence often. I have never been disappointed when I've been there. They have the best pizza and staff around. I'm especially fond of their server Jacob....he is always on top of things. He also always suggests new things for me to try and I am never sorry I tried what he suggested. When I'm there it never fails that Melvin, a manager, is there greeting everyone that comes thru the door. Minsky's in Independence is the best place to go for a fun evening out! Thanks guys for being the best!

We have been going to Minsky's for years. We have tried other places but always go back to Minsky's. The servers are friendly and the pizza is delicious. Friday night has been pizza night for over 20 years so on Friday night you will find us at Minsky's!!

Recently had lunch at the Leawood location, and it was great as always. I ordered my favoriate, the combo pizza. The waitress was prompt with refills on the soda, and I always order the 3 chocolate chip cookies to go for a later snack, they are always fresh and soft. Minskys has the best pizza in Kansas City.

I have gone to the Independence and Blue Springs location several times a week with different friends and family for several years now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I usually call ahead and it is ready when we get there. Some of our favorite things are the pizza, salads, ham and cheese on pita, spaghetti, calzones and oh the garlic cheese toast is very good too. I have tried several of the Minskys and the only other one I like is the one on Barry Rd and North Oak.

Best salad and pizza's in town, great service....

The food is always great! I call our order in ahead of our arriving and it is ready for us by the time we receive our drinks. We have tried out a lot of items on their menu and everybody loves the food. Their is such a wide variety! The salad portions are incredible! I have never seen such large loaded salads anywhere else in town!



I bring in a medium-size to large-size party of people in every Tuesday night. Our waitress, Bri, is incredible! She is the best waitress in the KC area! You won't be disappointed.

Best pizza anywhere, you will love it.

We tried a roasted garlic, artichoke, and feta cheese pizza. All the ingredients were spot on. The crust was quite good. Our server was both attentive and non-invasive a skill that's hard to master and nearly impossible to find in a young server. Appreciate the food and the friendly staff. Thanks!
