        We were wanting to move to Oregon because most of our family lives there so we decided see what our options were regarding a loan for a new house. We contacted Chad at Summit Funding and gave him all the Tax documents and Income documents. My first order of business was to secure a job in the Salem area which I received an offer on March 24th, 2016. I immediately called Chad to see if we could get a loan and for how much, he informed me that we could get an FHA loan up to $300,000. So I called and accepted the job offer and then started looking for homes. We made an offer on what me and my wife considered our "Dream Home" at $275,000. The next day Chad calls to inform me that he can only get me a loan for up to $220,000 because of some rule? This all happened within a week, so it wasn't like something happened to our credit, it was completely his fault. He didn't even apologize for his mistake and giving us false information.

        my wife and I purchased our first home in Eugene with Robyn's help. Every step of the way, she and her team made sure that every detail was taken care of. I can't recommend her more highly.
