I called before coming from Little Rock to find sales rep was 'out to lunch' & no one could tell me what time he would be back. He was the only one who could answer any questions. They better be glad that their garden shed was thousands cheaper than online.

They don't ever return phone calls and they very seldom answer their phone. That is bad business ethics
