Always have a great time here with kids and my own hair cut. Josh is the best!

My 14yr old daughter went in for a summer cut and coloring with great anticipation (a $90, 3 hour process). After I got home it took an hour to coax her out of hiding in the bathroom: the "color" change was non-existent and the cut looked as if they used a lawnmower. I stayed calm. All I needed to say when I called was "we need to discuss the damage"... DANIELLE TO THE RESCUE! This young manager immediately said "no problem, we have a guarantee...we will do whatever it takes to make her happy: (Music to Dad's ears).

My daughter chose the time, they took care and gave her the $140 package (at no additional expense), and my daughter got exactly what she wanted. Would I rather they had done it right the first time? Yes...but where can you find any service today that admits when they blew it and jumps to correct it immediately...very rare!

I love Lisbon Hair Cuttery! Josh is my all time favorite stylists and he is even great with my children. They always greet me with a smile and are very sweet and nice the whole time. I've been going for about three years now and I have never had a bad experience.

Not only are the stylists wildly unprofessional, gossipy hens, but they don't do a good job, either. There are frequent smoke breaks, gossip about management and an overall negative attitude. My stylist left the salon to work elsewhere & not only did they not provide with information about how to find out where she was, they proceeded to talk about her. If I got a coupon for free hair services, I would throw it in the garbage.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to in my entire life! I don't even know where to start! I came in wanting blonde hair and they dyed my hair red! Then when I said I wanted blonde they said it was strawberry blonde! They kept complaining that they did a good job and wouldn't give in so I let it go then on top of that they did my eyebrows completely crooked!!!!! My right eyebrow was half gone! I don't know if they did it on purpose because they didn't do what I asked of them on my hair or what.. But they are completely unprofessional! Please don't get ripped off like I did! I really think they just go around and hire random people that never cut hair before. Pretty sad when I would trust anyone more than them! If I could rate them negative stars I would!

the stylist here are amazing its a very friendly welcoming environment they take the time to ask you questions and to give you the best solutions to fix your problems I love haircuttery and will recommend all my friends and family!!!
