Familia Dental

I had a difficult extraction & the Dentist was excellent. She Was kind & very good.The playroom needed fixed but otherwise good office conditions.

The office was very busy when I came in for me my extractions causing me a little anxiety, but the doctor was done with the stretching in less than 15 minutes I couldn’t believe it no pain with caused!
Waiting on the dentures was exhausting however,the result was wonderful they been exceptionally nice And professional about the fitting and making sure I was happy. All the staff or professional as well and courteous, I gave the facility Lower star, Because the receptionist desk need to be perked up a little

I was a child of bad dentistry as a youngster and. I waited til I couldn't take the pain no more.
I enjoyed the fact that I no longer have the toothache but I was nervous, I read lots of bad reviews and it scared me to know that.
My hygienist was wonderful and the doctor was ok nothing to help reassure me in my nerves state. Tried to joke around with him but he didn't understand what I meant the hygienist had to explain it to him. She would be a good dentist if she went on further.
This office could be more tolerable of my situation. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to to leave rating do not go to this denist run away fast!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes you have to wait but it was worth it. My friend works there and suggested I come in. Staff is extremely friendly. I get anxiety about the dentist but they were great and the dentist had my teeth looking the best I've seen them!

3 hour wait even with an appointment. Will never bring my son here again. Couldnt even use the bathroom while we were there for 3 hours because it was "flooded"...yet no one was in there fixing it so they just didn't care that little kids had to go to liquor store next door to pee. Dumb.

I've been trying to get my children seen since last fall. They have "lost" three appointments so far. We are told that we can wait for the booked solid dentist to see them after they've seen everybody else, but seriously, why did I make an appointment?

I really hope no one goes to that office anymore as I use to work there but i dont work there anymore and let me tell u the reason some assistant will use instruments on patients mouth with dry blood still on it if a dental assistant accidental throws away an instrument the manger will make the assistant go threw the dumpster to find them and then when they do find them they bring them back inside and use them still i just think that is so gross i wouldn't use them in my mouth wouldn't do it to a patient either plus they also throw away paper work with all the information of the patients

Anyone who gave this place more then one star must be getting paid! Extra long wait even though I had a scheduled appointment. Then once we finally were wisked away to more waiting. The dentist messed my daughter fill in up and turn it into a root canal extraction with in a matter of seconds never batted a eye to the cries of my daughter just keep plugging away until I stopped the jerk and said enough was enough

Very unhappy with familia. Will never return. The denist did not once talk to me. I didn't even know what they where going to do. They cleaned only half my teeth so I have to go pay for a not her cleaning. I give this dental facility one star because it won't let you give no stars.

I wouldn't bring my dog or worse enemy to this place... They pulled my son's tooth and left half of it there because he wouldn't hold still or quit crying.. Well duh maybe they should have numbed him more. Luckily I was on public aide "get what you don't pay for".... Wondering how this hell hole got 4 stars. My option would be NO stars.

They did not use any cleaning products when "cleaning" mine or my husband's teeth. No polish or checking of gums. The actual exam including "cleaning" was less 5 minutes. I've never experienced anything like it. The dentist did the "cleanings" not a hygienist. We were billed for cleanings. My teeth felt dirtier when I left then when I arrived. The staff was very friendly but insisted I pay before any services were completed. The indoor playground is really nice for kids.

I traveled to Peoria today for my 1st visit to Familia Dental. A close friend recommended their office and I'm glad she did. I have anxiety when seeing a dentist, but the kind staff at Familia made me feel at ease.

Worst dental place ever! Rude, unorganized, incompetent staff. Place is dirty and time off appointment doesn't matter as it truely first come, first served. Daughter had five different orthodontist in two years. Chop shop at finest! Last visit I received call to reschedule 15min before daughter appointment because of their incompetence. Called corporate to complain. No help! Go to Secure dental they are wonderful

I brought my son to Familia for his first dental appointment. The staff was super nice and he loved the play yard!

Dr Monica extracted one of my molars. It was painless and very quick. It was out before I knew it

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dental work costs are very reasonable. Most important Dr Monica is very professional and grateful dentist. I will continue to go to Familia Dental. I recommend Dr. Monica.

great place to go with kids, i took all 3 of my children there last sat and the service was great. we were checked in and taken to the back with little wait time. everyone in the office was very friendly and accommodating

I had an appointment with Dr Monica Dahiya DDS at Familia Dental last week...She is very patient , considerate and knowledgeable ..She listened to me very patiently and explained every thing very clearly .She has a pleasing personality..Staff at Familia Dental was also very friendly ..I am going back!!

I recommend this dental office 100%. Easy to get in for an appointment, never put on hold, no long waits in waiting room, Dr Monica Dahiya DDS does excellent work. Very friendly staff.

I am so happy to find a dentist that accepts the medical card! The office manager was really understanding with our previous experience.
