Toblers Flowers

I had a special request of Toblers for a dear friend of mine who turned 101. It was my request that the arrangement be "hand-delivered" . The delivery driver not only called me when he couldn't reach my party but waited as I reached her and made a second delivery so that he could "hand-deliver" to my friend, as requested.
You all rock! Nice to know there are still companies that will go the extra mile for their customers!! Thanks again Brian for all your efforts!!

I can not say enough kind words about Toblers. They go above and beyond to make every customer happy! Their flowers are absolutely beautiful. I will be a Toblers customer for life after the hoops they have jumped through to undo a different flourist's mistake, just to get me what my husband had originally ordered. Thank you Toblers, for everything you do!

I called them and asked specifically; do you have yellow roses and they said yes. So I ordered 6 red and 6 yellow for my husbands promotion. I asked her to please not make anything fancy; just something simple please. He works for the KC Chiefs; the colors and design were very significant. The roses were delivered 6 red and 6 white with red tips and designed to look like a rose bush. Ok; I let it go... I ordered again for his birthday. I called and asked them if they had the lucky bamboo plant shown on their website. They said yes. I asked if they had the bamboo cube that is shown on their website. They said yes. I ordered the 'better' version for more stems. The bamboo plant was delivered in a clay pot and the design looked like a fence. One stem that is clearly dead. You can’t remove that one stem though because the whole arrangement will fall down. I am sincerely disappointed because both times, I called and asked. Both times I was lied to. I understand substitutions can be made but I would have changed my order had I known. Waste of money!

I ordered flowers to celebrate the birth of my niece. I am out of state and Tobler's was the first to pull up in my google search. I should have taken the time to do my research. I ordered what I thought was a basket called "She's Lovely". It has no greenery and is filled with shades of pink roses and hydrangeas. I spent about 80 dollars with delivery and tax. What arrived was a basket of primarily greenery, daisys and carnations. While pretty, it was nothing like what I ordered and certainly did not look like it fit the 80 dollar price tag. I contacted Tobler's the next day and asked for a refund. They assured me there was a mistake, sent someone to the hospital room and removed the old boquet!!!! The basket they brought contained the right flowers but had clearly been completed by an amateur. It again looked nothing like the beautiful picture on the website. The flowers were droopy and placed haphazardly in a basket. Now I understand why the first boquet was delivered, what I ordered was clearly too complicated for this florist. Rather than tell me this upon order, they chose to take advantage of the fact I would likely not see the boquet and profit from a cheaper arrangment. Thank heavens for picture text! Don't waste your money here!
