My wife and I leased a new Chevy Traverse in the spring of this year. We were greeted by a very professional salesperson who fully understood his product. My wife had already made the decision to lease a Traverse but many options of vehicles and lease payments were presented to us. The salesperson told us he wanted to make sure we were 100% comfortable with our decision. We were mostly impressed with how our trade in was handled. They have a system with live market values and showed us what or mini-van was worth in great detail. I purchased a used vehicle from them trusting that their ebaymotors description was correct. It wasn't, the exterior and interior were both listed in excellent condition and weren't. There was a cd player listed on the post yet no cd player in the car. The salesman told me that he owed me one. Being that I am local I decided to trust him. 25 days later and I am still getting the run around. I have to contact ebay motors before I can post anything negitive I guess, and I will be. It's the run around that I don't like, why not just be honest? I don't even care that much about the scratches and dings, even though the salesman put the magnetic plate right over one of the dings. All I am asking them for is the cd player, aren't I being fair? If you are going to buy a car there you may want to consider having proper recourse should anything shady happen. Take pictures, get everything in writing and DO NOT TRUST THEM.
