George Schmidt Berry Farm

Magnificent blueberries and raspberries! We have been buying here for twenty years, and picking -- with our grandchildren -- for the last four years. The Schmidt family has always made us feel welcome. Tasting fresh berries is one of life's great pleasures.

Would not recomend this farm to anyone unless you want to meet a very rude owner. Our experience was awful. Because we did not know what blueberry bush we had to pick(it had to be the owher's order) and instead of to stay opossite each other ??!!! like he wanted, we stayed together by the bush , he was abusing us in a rude way. Also he was mad that I did not walk fast enough to the bush he ordered.It was our first and last visit . This is not right way to treat people who came to help his business, picking and paying for his not cheap berries. For my opinion the owner is not quate normal .Fortunately there are other farms around, where the owners are polite.
