HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY FISH. employees don't know anything more than what sign on tank says about the fish. I recently went and bought 5 fish some of which came from different tanks and ALL OF THEM had ich. Now I have to worry about my other fish in my tank getting sick and I have to buy treatments which could have been avoided if I had never stepped foot in this store. If you are in the Market for fish I highly suggest staying away from this filthy place the fish are sick because they never clean the tanks.

I was very concerned for some of the dogs there. I was watching thru the window at all the cute puppies getting groomed. Granted I don't know what goes on in there. But pulling a dog by the hair of its face and yelling at it, and looking frustrated while the dog is very noticably scared and shaking, and the groomer getting more and more angry looking cuz the dog wouldn't stand up, and all the other groomers laffing and not helping. Im appalled at this behavior. This is a lack of compassion for the dogs they groom. I know I don't know everything that's happening in there. BUT!!! this type of behavior is crazy!!! I don't know about this place. It never use to be that bad with the older groomer there that use to groom my dog. Since she left, I'll never go back. The people there act like they don't care. She was the only one that I felt cared about me and my pet.

I am super pleased with the service and attention my precious Mei Li (Shih Tzu) receives from her stylist JOHN. John is exceptionally wonderful in caring for my precious Mei Li. I 100% recommend John to anyone looking for a grrrrr8t pet stylist. He is patient, caring and loving when in care of my precious Mei Li.

I took my 8 month old shih tzu here to be groomed and was not happy with what happened to her. The groomer was friendly and I thought my baby would be safe. However after my hubby picked her up and brought her home I noticed nicks (6) on her neck the size of a pea (3 on each side). The groomer said nothing to my hubby about the nicks only that "she is lazy and won't stand up but prefers to lay down". Usually I take her to the one in Meyerland and they groom her extremely good with no nicks, cuts, or anything. I will never go back to this one again and am highly upset with them.
