        High pressure selling tactics! Run down dumpy place that is over-priced and poorly maintained. STEER CLEAR!!! Don't fall for the scam...they call stating that you have "won" a drawing, just to trick you into hearing their sales pitch. Once they get you in the door they try every trick in the book to get you to buy--including intimidation!!!
