        took my dog to be groomed there on 4/16. dropped him off at 11;30, they said it would be 3-4 hours. I called to check on him at 3:45, they had bathed him, but had not groomed him yet. I was not happy. I picked him up and got my money back. I will never take my dog there again. A phone call would have been nice to let me know they were running behind, or ask me to reschedule before I dropped him off. This is unacceptable, and not a very caring attitude for my pet or me.Just wanted the public to know about this, so make sure they are going to be able to get your dog in, and keep you informed of any changes.Bad business practice. I sent an email to their corporate office also so that they are aware of this.
