        Never have any problems finding the dog food I want. Always someone friendly around to answer questions. I enjoy the deals and discounts I receive with my Petsmart card

        My little Yorkie/Bichon went far too long without a groom & matting some. She will get squirmy and run if I try to brush or comb her, just enough knowing I will give up. I had an appt. with Catleen at this Petsmart a couple of days ago. I told her I wanted a short cut but not shaved. I also wanted her face kept adorable with her hair, not shaved like a poodle. I have had the nightmare of bringing her other places and come back to find my little girl shaved and also burned by the grooming tools used on her! I left & came back into the store 2 hrs. later. Catleen was finishing her groom on my little girl. She was sweet & patient with her and my little girl looked exactly as I asked and just gorgeous!!!! The price is very reasonable and Catleen was wonderful!!! Petsmart cashier was also wonderful!!! Thank you all!! I will be back!!!

        Banfield Pet Clinic at this location is very, very good ! Also, the clerks at the actual store are very helpful.

        Bad grooming experience

        My dog came home lame because they allowed her to jump off one of the tables. She hardly looked like her hair was brushed. It was a waste of money!
