Incredible Pets

Love that I stopped in on a whim for my dog's birthday and they had doggie treats! Great neighbor pet store - sometimes pricier than other places, but convenience sometimes factors in. Great customer service and have a good amount of variety for being a smaller store!

I really like this pet food store. Great selection and very friendly, knowwledgable staff. I find most prices here competitive and sometimes lower. They have one product that is a lower price at Western Pet Feed, but Incredible Pets price matches. I like their reward card too that goves you $5 bonus coupons.My only problem with them is that I always hear people coming in and ordering 1 mouse or 2 of this critter or that critter and I know it's going to be fed to a pet snake- it just makes my stomach turn, even though I am feeding dead fish and chicken to my dog(!)

This place may look small but they have everything you need plus the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Bye bye Petco. Hello Incredible Pets! :)

I have been shopping at the Carmichael Store for years but my daughter moved Downtown and I love the New East Sac Shop. This is a wonderful store with a large inventory and nice people. It is great to shop locally without having to go to the big Petco's... Where the staff is hard to find and with vvery little knowledge. I get much better service at Incredible Pets. So glad they opened the New East Sac Store.
