        I love this Petsmart. I just rescued two jack russell/chihuahua mixes, and they needed grooming desperately! The grooming salon girls were awesome to my dogs! They really worked with us on my dogs' special needs and helped me out so much! The employers on the floor are very helpful, and they always have good sales. I will NOT takes my dogs to be groomed anywhere else. :)

        I absolutely love PetSmart on Woodruff Rd. Especially the grooming salon. The girls there are so nice! They always take care of my dog and make her look beautiful! I'm never disappointed. I also love how the "Academy" is available to save $10.00. I have figured out that they are very busy on the weekends, but they are open 7 days a week and they have convenient appointments for me during the week. Good job Petsmart on Woodruff Rd. Kudos to the girls in grooming. Thank you!!! :)

        I am so mad right now I could scream!!!!!!! I have spent $1000s of dollars with the Woodruff Road Greenville Pet Smart Hotel.... literally! I also have used their on site Vet Office for years. I have had reservations to leave my dog at the Pet Smart Hotel. I was due to leave town at 4:00 this afternoon. I had set up a check up appointment prior to this at the on site Vet Office. While at the on site Vet Office today, they decided to give my dog the Bordetella Shot (it wasn't even time for it!). Once they gave the dog the shot, they said "We're sorry! She has to wait 48 hours before she can stay in the Pet Hotel!!!" My dog has stayed here numerous times, so I thought expaining to a manager that it was THIER fault, they would allow her to stay. They told me NO! I will no longer use this facility! I am so disappointed!!!!
