in the beginning this was a great store. The employees were extremely knowlegable and helpful. Slowly the good people who seemed to run this store moved on and all that was left was product. First few years were the best, now I go elsewhere. People there can be snooty.

My overall experience with this establishment was not positive. The customer service was very poor upon several recent visits, I felt as if I was a burden and I had no right to ask a question. Upon one occasion I directed my request to a representative that has a financial interest in the establishment, I still left with many disappointments. The lack of indispensable service is appalling today, but we have allowed people to give us poor service for so long that many people do not even try (or possibly even know how) to provide even the basic good customer service.
