Simmons Winery

This is my only experince with this outfit. I had booked a wedding and reception with this outfit for May of 2008. The engament had to be canceled in JAN 08 due to loss of job. When attempting to cancel my event I was told by the owners husband that I would recieve a full refund but would have to speak with the owner Brenda. After speaking with her she stated "you will be lucky to recieve a partial refund". It took me 60 days to recieve my partial refund and the owners would not return my phone calls or even answer the phone. I fell that this company is very unprofessional. I asked them to provide me a copy of the agreement that I sign stating I would only recieve a partial refund. They would not even do this?? Buyer beware.
