My wife and I had called around to had a bow restringed and tuned up. After calling all of the big stores around and being told it would take 2 weeks to get it done and how much it would cost, I tried their phone number. I told them what I needed done and asked how long and how much. They told me to bring it in and they could have it done in no time. If you miss the great customer service that the big stores dont give anymore, you have to give these guys a try. Upon walking in, you feel as if you just walked a step back in time, the comfortable feeling coming naturally and easily. You will also meet one of the biggest Lab's I have ever seen! Upon seeing my wife and I enter with my bow a young man asked if I was the one that called and I said yes. He said great and we went from there! They answered every question that we had and never made you feel dumb becuase you did not know or seem impatient with you. They really took their time and went the extra mile with us.
