        I have to say that Pet Smart in Logan Utah is HORRIBLE!!!! A few months back we took our dog to the local pet smart for a groom and when we went to pick him up, we looked at the itemized charges and were super confused because they had the same item listed twice and both with charges so we questioned it and we were told it was because two groomers worked on him. So we obviously said we shouldn't have to pay it twice for the same service if two groomers worked on him, and they were completely rude to us, kicked us out of the store and they refuse service to us now, except last month, when we went in and they did the service and as soon as we were paying they said this would be the last time, it was a mistake and they shouldn't even had made the appointment. This is completely disgusting! We go to a Petco an hour away and have no problems, and to me it is worth it because they treat us with respect! This is completely unacceptable, I have made sure to tell several friends and we alternate and take the dogs together so we don't have to drive every time and go to the other pet smart. I will make sure I tell EVERYONE I know about this. I have called customer service and had NO HELP from them, basically was told that was not up to them. So are we supposed to be sheep and pay whatever they tell us to pay without questioning it because if we do we are refused service? It is completely insane!!! I hope anyone reading this think twice about going to pet smart in Logan consider Petco, or Sam's club or anyone else for their dog food and other needs, I will never support a business that will treat people with that kind of disrespect and disregard for our RIGHTS as consumers to know what it is we are paying for and where our money is going to. It is DISGUSTING! Yes I will say it over and over I will never ever ever shop there and I know A LOT OF PEOPLE. I am a property manager and we are a dog community and we make sure our residents get information about every pet store and local groomers, and we work with them just to make sure Pet Smart gets NO BUSINESS from us or anyone we know!

        On February 14, 2011, I took my Australian Shepherd to be groomed. I then planned to take her to the mall to be photographed. My dog looked beautiful. When I told the employees that she was going to be photographed, they made a big red bow for her collar and gave me a few dog treats for the photo session. They went way above & beyond what they could have to help me. They treated my dog very, very well and were so pleasant & happy. They said my dog was a model behaved pup and they would love to have her back. Dan bathed her and he was kind & friendly. Can't believe their could be anything negative about PetSmart in Logan, UT. I will be back! This was my first experience at PetSmart and they were wonderful!! Thank you!!

        I went in to petsmart in logan, UTAH on september 15th 2010, I had heard about their grooming and went in to ask about an appointment for my recently adopted poodle, as I stood there waiting for soemone to come out, I witnessed a groomer come out of a room, put a dog on the table, and smack it across the face, I was disgusted!!!! I wrote an email to their office, sad to say it took more than 3 weeks to respond, since this incident, I have gone to petsmart 4 times, and that groomer is still there. now petsmart may talk about "pet safety" and "pet care" but when a dog gets smacked across the face for no reason, is that considered "Pet safety" or ANIMAL CRUELTY? sad to say, nothing is being done,but an apology to me for what I saw. to me that is just WRONG. I HIGHLY recommend no owner take their pet to their grooming salon. why so they can be abused?

        The folks here at Petsmart are kind, thoughtful and do a great job. I have had several dogs in here and they come back to me like brand new finely groomed animals. The attendents take care to call them by name, work with them like they are pets, not just a another task. You can trust these folks as I have. And as always, your pet will be real happy to see you!
