Provided by DexKnowsI have been here a couple of times. Once for a private party and another for a class trip. The class trip was great (ERIC CARL), the party was fine but the art on hand was not to my liking except for the glass exhibits.

Provided by DexKnowsMy 5-year-old daughter and I had a great time here. We went for the Eric Carle exhibit, which was beautiful, and we also enjoyed the other exhibits as well. The art studio was very fun - there were projects to do based on the special exhibits and the volunteers that were helping out in the studio were very encouraging. We also went to the cafe for lunch and it was exceptionally good food. Good experience for an adult and a very manageable size for children - it is a very good introduction for them.

Provided by DexKnowsThe TAM is a great place to see some art but if you have kids and are looking for a rainy day activity go for the do it yourself art room. Stocked with supplies and ideas it is fun for all ages. Try the cafe as well, great food for a really reasonable price.

Provided by DexKnowsI love to head to our local museum, very accessible/fun and yet still highbrow enough to keep me guessing. Go often!

Provided by DexKnowsAlways something interesting to see here. Very interactive museum and while it's small, it packs a powerful punch. Check it out on the third Thursday for free on the Artwalk or get a museum pass from the Tacoma library.
