Super nice place and great customer service. Rio helped me with my cat and kittens flea problem. She was very friendly and 10/10 will shop here again.

I brought Bandit, black cat, here last year. The service was wonderful. Price was right. Groomer was experienced and Bandit looked beautiful was done. Highly recommend.

We have been a customer of Petco, Venice, since the store opened. We have had our mini wire haired dachshund groomed there since then. We never had a problem until today, a major problem. We made an appointment last week, for 11:30 AM. When my wife made the appointment she provided specific instructions on our dog's grooming, which was repeated to the attendant when I left our pet there this morning. We realize it does take time for proper grooming, but after five hours we did not receive a call from the store. When my wife called at 5:15 pm, she was told we could come and pick her up. The grooming did not come close to our requests, and the attendant said she was "jumpy" and could not be responsible for mis-cutting our pet. She wanted to know if we wanted her "tranquilized". Our pet seemed traumatized, did not respond normally in the car or at home. She even vomited as soon she arrived at the house. I will NEVER use or recommend this store again.

This place has the greatest cats and kittens for adoption! And what friendly staff.
