Store was very smelly kinda moldy. Birds seem to have a really bad smell and I have a grey African parrot I know what bird poop smells like. Hamsters and Rats habitat is very dirty you can't really see the pets. Alot of dead fish. I wasn't asked for help. Walked out empty handed.

Gives small business a bad name.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Today at 2pm on Nov. 13, 2019 I went in to buy some plants for my aquarium ( I’ve been a customer for years) and the staff followed me and my sister since we walked into the store. As we were leaving two employees accused me of stealing and they tried to intimidate me into showing the contents of me purse. Naturally I didn’t have anything but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I called to speak to the manager and all they said was that they suspect anyone who wanders at their store. Wanders... that is what you do at a store to see what you want to buy or check out the variety of things. Now because of this I will buy the dog stroller (that was $200) somewhere else. The same stroller is $50 at Target. So much for trying to buy local and supporting small shops.


To make matters even more insulting, I emailed the store directly and instead of the manager emailing back, you have replied publicly to cover up your mistake and keep your name clean.

I went back on Thursday to return a leaf I bought. I asked you in person if you caught anything on camera and you turned bright red and said no. Don’t try to turn the narrative and make yourself look good. You’ve banned me and my family and that’s fine but be sincere about what actually happened.

Very disappointed in how your company has handled this situation and there is no need to ban us from your store. We ourselves don’t ever want to set foot near it again.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Above all else though thier selection and prices knocks everyone else to the floor. Thumbs up to the guys in the fish Dept. They really know thier stuff👍 Kathie Correia

ALL I have to say is this STORE is very racist. NOT just once they did to me. I went back giving them a second chance looking to buy plants and driftwood for my fish tank and they would try every possible way to avoid you if u are ASIAN. I would NEVER shop there again and would not recommended ANY of my families OR friends to shop there.

Regarding Saltwater Section-



The saltwater section is what is to be expected of a larger chain store, a little on the dirtier side with less specialized selections of lifestock, but lots to chose from. They do have some of the better prices in town however and have a large selection of Aquarium husbandry equipment for purchase that is hard to find at any other LFS.



If they didn't have as much as they do I would rate lower, but because of the sheer size of the store and the amount going on within I feel they are middle ground for a pet store.
