Brine Shrimp Direct

They sent me a bad batch. I never had any problem with their product before this. They will not reply to emails nor call me to discuss it. I first explained the situation and asked for a return label and to send me a replacement. They didn't respond so now I advised I want my money back instead of replacement. I still have not heard back. I will be locating another company if I do not hear back from them today. -Ron
