Dented Brick Distillery is a true artisanal distillery, which opened in March 2016 with the launch of Antelope Island Rum. Handcrafting our spirits in SLC, Utah, the distillery sources it's water from it's own on-site artesian well. Every drop of our premium line is made "from scratch". Grain-to-glass. No shortcuts. Visit us at our retail shop, where we sell our spirits, as well as cocktail supplies & mixers, barware, branded merchandise and other gift items. Dented Brick is located in a state-of-the-art facility, built from the ground up for spirits production in the state of Utah. These days the TWO most common words we hear (used AS adjectives) in describing trendy. Distilled spirits are the nouns. “craft and artisan. ” they mean essentially the same thing (skilled in making things by hand) and to a certain degree. Human hands are used in making ALL distilled spirits if only to turn on lights. We take advantage of local Farmers we know and trust to grow the finest (and most expensive) ingredients and the purest. Most pristine water from OUR very OWN on-site Artesian WELL. EVERY step is done in house – by hand and under the discerning EYE of OUR master distillers. Are the brands of dented brick “craft” or “Artesian?” of course they are. Other distillers depend on buying GRAIN-NEUTRAL spirits or aged whiskey on the open market. Then modify it to produce their products. In contrast. We complete the entire process in house.
