        Imagine walking into a pet store and seeing 20 dead dogs laying in a pile. Dogs may be Americas favorite pet but just because something is more popular doesn't mean it has more value. Today I walked into this petsmart and was greeted by a cart full of 20+ dead bettas. I shop here regularly for my betta and was very disturbed at this sight. None of the employees seemed to care enough to remove the fish. However I find it even more disheartening that these fish were just allowed to die. Petsmart should not even be allowed to carry bettas if this is how they are treated. 20 dead dogs and people would call the police. They would sue. They would never shop at a petsmart again. It's simply not right for any pet to be treated this way especially from a place that sells and promotes them.

        Amazing!!

        The petsmart that is right across the street from Nebraska Furniture Mart is fantastic! I go there mainly to get my dog groomed and they are wonderful! I had a bad experience at a petsmart before and haven't been their for years but my groomer couldn't get me in and so I decided I would give it another shot. I was so pleased by the customer service and the groomers opinion she gave me on my dogs haircut! I am so glad I gave them another try because I couldn't ask for a better experience! They were so welcoming and I felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their care for 3 hours! Great job grooming staff!

        I have been shopping at this locatin for about 6 years. They have always had quaility product. I have went to other pets stores they just don't stand up to petsmart. the people are always willing to help you with all of your pet needs. The store is always very clean and neat. Its very enjoyable to bring my pet to visit to. I have see other customers there with their pet,like a albino corn something kid of snake, ferrets, turtles. I would highly recommend the store for all of your pets needs.

        I take my dog into PetSmart once or twice a week. This is the one across from Nebraska Furniture Mart. The people are all nice enough, but I swear every time--EVERY TIME-- I go in I am bombarded by employees asking me if I am interested in their dog training classes. I mean, enough is enough. I find myself avoiding the employees altogether or asking for help simply because I get tired of saying "no, thanks" all the time. It makes me doubt their sincerity when they come up to me and tell me how cute my dog is just to give me the hard sell on their training classes a minute later. I sense a little bit of pressure on the employees. They are all nice. They seem almost apologetic when they bring up the classes. I feel sorry for them. Oh, well. A sign of the times, I guess.

        I took my dog, Bessie, into the PetSmart across the street from Nebraska Furniture Mart. Bessie is an 8 month old rat terrier and is kind of hyper; a little to hyper for my taste and downright embarassing at times. While I was in the store, Bessie kept jumping up on me and other people, she was so excited. I was going to just leave, I was so embarassed. An employee, however, came up to me, petted Bessie and talked to her very soothingly for a few minutes, telling her she was a good dog and other things. I tried to apologize for her behavior, but this man (I think his name was David) just laughed and said that all Bessie needed was a little training. He proceeded to explain the different classes that PetSmart offered and convinced me to sign-up for the beginner's class for Bessie. Let me tell you, it was the best thing I could ever do. The trainers were very knowledgable & thorough. I was so impressed, I'm signing up for the other courses, too. Money well spent. Highly recommended.
