        Worth every penny!!!

        I have taken my little dogs to have them groomed at Petsmart for years. I've occasionally used other groomers when Petsmart doesn't have an open appointment soon enough, and I always return to Petsmart. They do a fabulous job and it doesn't have a bad pet odor like many salons do. They always are friendly and attentive to my dogs. The one time that I had a problem there, the store manager called me personally to apologize and fix the problem. It's also very convenient to shop for pet necessities while I'm there. Please keep up the great work, Petsmart!

        I love this store!! All the staff here are incredibly friendly and informative! One staff member named Chad helped me with all I needed for my new fish tank and answered all my questions (I had a lot of them!) Customer service is all about helping and sending us home happy and he succeeded 100%. Its hard to find good customer service nowadays but not here! I will be back again thank you so much for making my family and I proud owners of happy healthy fish!

        had my Shepherd there for top line grooming. He came out with a skin rash and an ear infection. Not a place I would return to and the Trainer is livid. he was taken right to the vet and confirmed BAD grooming. I call this bad service and just a quick inand out and grab your 70 dollars'
