Aquarium World

Don't go there if you want decent respectable service. Forget them working with you. I bought a fish, who turned out to be incredibly agressive after an hour, and killed my other fish. All I wanted to do is bring the fish back the next day and get my money back or do an even exchange. After days of not getting any straight answers, and waiting for the owners answer I was told the owner is not willing to work with me, I can bring the fish back but will get no money back or any exchanges. All this after I got the impression if I was unhappy or the fish didn't work out Aquarium World would "work with me". Now I have a fish that I should have never been advised to purchase in the first place. This is an example of a company who really does not have the costumers best interest in mind. I will never go back there, and I will tell all my fish friends not to go there all because they were so difficult to deal with. They could have had a loyal customer who recommended their services, but they do not live up to this.
