Kim grooms my dogs and she is wonderful from check in to check out! She makes sure my babies feel comfortable at check in and treats them like her own. She educated me in how to keep my babies coat beautiful and I had been getting them groomed since 2 years ago and NOBODY ever saw where i was having trouble and addressed it with me. She is my regular groomer now and I recommend her to anyone that asks me about my babies on our walks. She is awesome and apparently her coworkers think so as well because her name tag says it too!

I almost gave up on Petsmart grooming. I have been to the one in Gainesville and Manassas and their groomers did not do a good job at all. Plus, Petsmart has a bad rep. Anyway, I gave the one on Sowder Village sq. a try since they are a newer store. My dogs first appointment was with the grooming manager there, She said she has been working for the company for eight years or more and you could tell my dogs hair cut was horrible and looked choppy with long hairs left behind, How embarrassing after grooming for so long. I tried a different groomer on my last appointment. I went with Dana, who has groomed for about the same amount of years. She gave my dog the best haircut he has ever had. The price there is cheap and I felt I got more for my money with her grooming my dog. You can tell she takes the time to make your pet look good. So I give Petsmart a thumbs up for hiring a groomer who knows what they're doing. I left her a good tip because she took her time and did it right.
