The agency gave me a terrible service, never felt so humiliated and ill-treated by one person, especially Joseph.



2 days after, we went to the agency because we had a problem with the tour.

Once at the agency, the seller named Joseph, insults telling us badly "You doing here again?" which was extremely shocking to us when entering the agency.

We just wanted to help us understand the problem. He started telling us very upset and uncontrolled manner that was not his thing and we saw him directly with the resort. We just needed his help to contact the hotel. We refused aid from the outset.

Finally he started insulting, yelling and disrespect at least five times kicked us the place; with one hand pointed at the exit of the agency. We felt very humiliated and discriminated against. Finally, never responsible for this problem.

As a tip, never, ever take a tour with this agency if you want to have the worst vacation of a lifetime, they are specialists in delivering them.
