Petco

I took my little pet for cutting his nails to petco, and they did a horrible job! first of all my poor pet was harrowed and was crying and screaming. To add to the horror, they did such a poor job, that his nails hurt us, as they are not trimmed properly or rather cut properly. To save urself and your pet, mental agony, never go to this petco on sandlake, orlando.

OVER PRICED NO DOGS AND THE ASSORTMENT OF ANIMALS IS LIMITED

This place is a rip off. I phoned the store at 1755 Sand Lake rd. and discussed with the manager the pet i was looking for. He assured me that they had several in stock and that he would ensure that at least one would be available for purchase. I then drove 55 miles round trip to buy a pet for my son's birthday!! On arrival I told my son to find the person I had to spoken to so he could get credit for the sale. Only to be told that he did not feel comfortable with selling my son and I the snake. His concern was that if I didn't buy an additional untold dollars worth of snake equipment that my snake would suffer from extreme stress and would more than likely die. He made his proclamation in the presence of my son. I could go on and on about the research my Son and I did. About the environment we were preparing for the new found pet. The transport cage we brought with us.. etc..etc.. I phoned Petco and was informed that a G.M. would contact me about my 55 mile trip.. Never happened!!!
