There are no word to describe this place. Chaotic com to mind. Make sure you are ready to loose your money and your shirt when you go there. They have a no refund policy and it's not listed in their receipt. It's a surprise!! The rain check is only IF they were close at 5:00 p.m. let just say that if it rain 10:00 a.m. to 4:45p.m. you have to wait around for the rain to stop you are out of luck on rain check. Avoid these people Larry Fontelle (the general manager), Addie Marshall, and Heather Johnson. The other girl in the customer service booth. Too bad I didn't get her name, she was very nice. Trying to calm me down but how can I calm down when they refuse my money back. Also you have to go home to make a complaint. Because they don't have a complaint form. You have to go home to e-mail your complaint in. I had to make the best of my lost $130.00 after an hour we had to leave. Advice to the first review person, Go to Blue Bayou Water Park, LA 100X better.

The best decision I ever made!

the family had a great experience in 2005, looking forward to more fun in 2006. great thrillson the slides and also the lazy river and the wave pool. the multi level play area for the kids was outstanding. good luck to them in the future.
