        I took my dog to Pet smart paid for my service ahead of time they told me they we unable to groom my dog because she was wild. They told me to come back , and when I came back they were still unable to service my dog . When I asked for my money back they claim it was 43 dollars for a shampoo. Never again. Poor customer service

        Horrible experience today book an appointment only to arrive and be told my appt was canceled, unbeknownst to me was told by this idiot of a person name Michelle the district academy trainer that my dog wasn't up to date on shots which was verified that he was she still refuse to honor my appointment ,I will be contacting cooperate office and I will not return until this obese, poor excuse of a human being Michelle is no longer there.

        Horrible service. Everytime I'm booked an appointment for my pets somehow something always goes wrong. Their clerks are incompetent for their simple job.

        Be Aware

        After a long consultation about what was going to be done to my two yorkies I left feeling confident. Upon arriving almost 7 hours later and handed a receipt and told to go pay while they would get my dogs. Even though it was over $30 more than I had expected I paid anyway excited to get my adorable puppies back. Unfortunately when they brought them out they were SHAVEN and that wasn't what our ridiculously long consultation had included!! Do your pets a favor and don't take them to be groomed at PetSmart!
