Crossings at Carnegie

I just finished a pottery class at the Crossings. It was great! The studio was well stocked and easy to work in. Brent was a excellent instructor and really a lot of fun! I would highly recommend this class and studio to everyone!

The staff of the Crossings is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Concerts and special arts and poetry events are a theme at The Crossings. Each features the best musisians, artists, and writers to be found. Many classes in art and writing are offered that enhance and develop the skills and understanding of craft in anyone from the novice to the experienced. The store is a delight of eclectic handicrafts as well as basic art supplies. Being an old library, the space that is The Crossings is a blend of late nineteenth-century architecture, with its high ceiling, wooden floors, and large windows, and small town openess and charm. The emphasis at The Crossings is on the importance of art and culture in our lives and an awareness that art and culture is most accessible and best appreciated when practiced on a human scale.
