        Terrible Customer Service!!!!!

        The grooming department has the worst customer service I've experienced!! They ASSUME that I know what they're doing and treat me with rudeness and disrespect when I didn't. The manager of that department should step back and take a look at how they treat their customers. They need to smile more, explain what is going on and thank people...is that so hard to do? I've lost my trust in them to care for my puppy.
