        BEWARE! This store is a complete fraud! They do not take care of your pet and do not give them the out of cage time you pay for! I boarded my Great Dane at this store the first time and discovered that he was not receiving the amount of out of cage play time I had paid extra for. I was unhappy, but assumed it was an oversight. However, the second time I boarded my dog for four days. I returned early and went in to the store about 4 hours before they expected me. I was appalled at what I found. Not only was my dog not in the play area as I had paid for... his bed was completely soaked in urine and he had several severe soars from lying in his own waste. He was also very stiff and had difficulty walking due to the fact he was not allowed outside of his cage all day long. I asked to review the tapes to see if he had ever been out of his cage and the manager refused... he also refused to pay for the ruined dog bed ($75) - I had to pay over $300 is vet bills.
