        I purchased kuhli loaches(fish) here and had awesome service every time. Going back today to get a few more loaches, they are some of the most entertaining fish I have ever had. I did research and found the live like 10 years! I only have 4 and they are actually a schooling fish so they are happier in numbers.

        Since Petsmart opened in my area I have spent more than 400.00dls a month in cat/dog food. In the past manager/assistant manager would take competitors coupons hard copies to get the business. I was told they prefer their business that not at all. Well I was there and the assistant manager decided not to do it anymore unless coupon is sent by mail. A hard copy is by e-mail sent by another business close to them. So, I did call to complain an as usual I have not heard from them if they canceled that. More than 9 days. Therefore I decided internet less drama and good service. I will not go back as I told him I do not need the aggravation when I'm paying for their jobs. Some of us prefer to pay a buck more for courtesy, as far I'm concern if management does not care neither do I, I pay for the food not for my looks. They had great people in the past now days is a mess. So, if you have problems get creative they are not the only one in town. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
