        I have never encountered such rude workers. The adoption agency people were ignorant, judgemental, and downright disrespectful. Avoid going there at all costs. I've had cats my whole life and already adopted one from a previous PetSmart and these workers didn't know how to take care of cats and they don't know how to talk to people. Don't waste your time or money here. I waited 3 hours before one adoption agent said a word to me as I was waiting outside the door.
