Do not use their grooming department! I wanted to leave no stars highlighted, but it would not permit me to do that. Very unorganized, Kept my dog 11 hours and still was not ready to go after my third time back to pick him up. As other customers picked up their dogs their appts were for 4 hours later than mine and their dogs were ready to go. I had ordered the extra spa package and dog did not even smell clean. Used them several times and each time was an issue, one day appts written for wrong date, one other time kept one of my dogs all day and did not groom until very late, after this second time and the poor job done I will not return and feel it is important others know about the poor service. Your dog deserves better treatment. My poor dog drank a whole bowl of water upon returning home after 12 + hours.
