        My experience with this place was not pleasant and I will not be going back. I have told family members about it and they will not be going here as well. Staff should be more pleasant.

        The lady that was there wasn't...

        The lady that was there wasn't very friendly. She didn't greet my dog and I think I could have groomed the dog better myself. I was very unhappy with this service. I won't go back!

        Awesome service!

        I was looking to buy a chinchilla for christmas. i went to petco first, they didnt have any. they recommended this pet shop in town. as soon as i walked in to the time i left they helped me with everything i needed to get started. they guy that helped me was well educated on the chinchillas. i even got 20% off evey item for life! i assumed it was from buying a pet from the place. i love it!
