        THEY LET U BELIEVE ITS 24 HOUR CARE BUT ITS REALLY NOT

        THEY REALLY SELL THE 24 HOUR CARE BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT THE NIGHT PERSON IS NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE DOGS AT ANY TIME NOT EVEN IF THEY SOILED THEMSELVES.. THEY ALSO DONT TELL YOU THAT ALL DOGS ARE ENCOURAGED TO POTTY INSIDE BEING TOLD GOOD DOG WHEN THEY DO ..I ALSO SAW QUITE A FEW DOGS THAT WERE THERE FOR WEEKS AND NEVER SAW OUTSIDE SO AFTER A WEEK OF HOLDING THERE POTTY INSTEAD OF BRINNING THEM OUTSIDE TO POTTY THEY ARE BROUGHT TO BANFIELD AND GIVEN MEDS FOR STRESS AND YOU NOW HAVE OVER 100 DOLLARS IN MEDICAL EXPENSES...ALSO PARENTS ARE TOLD THERE DOG GETS A BED WHILE THERE BUT NOPE BECAUSE LAUNDRY IS TOO EXPENSIVE THEY SAY.. i SAW NUMEROUS DOGS BROUGHT TO THE VET WEEKLY,, FOR BEING ATTACKED BECAUSE THERE ARE 16 BIG DOGS IN A SPACE THE SIZE OF YOUR BATHROOM WITH NO TOYS AND NO WHERE TO POTTY SO THEY GET BORED AND ANGRY AND START FIGHTS THIS WAS A DAILY OCCURENCE..ALSOIF THE STAFF DOESNT HAPPEN TO LIKE YOUR DOG HE WILL PROBABLY SPEND MOST OF THE DAY IN A KENNEL BUT TELL U DIFF.

        Roseville Pethotel Great staff and my Dog Loves it there

        Had a great experience such a great team I even got to tour the whole facility and my mother even got to stop and watch him play while we were out of town so we knew he was having fun we actually had to pull him away from the hotel he did not want to leave all his friends both human and dog...

        Neglectful Dog Care / Rude Staff

        Save your money. They do not feed your dogs - yet say your dogs have eaten. They will not let you see the suites your dogs are staying in. Sketchy... neglectful..and rude. Your dogs would be better off at home.

        Fun staff

        The customer service here was excellent. I have a hard time figuring out what looks good on me and the staff knew exactly what styles looked great on me and fit my personality. I ended up finding and ordering my dream dress here. The staff was wonderful - so fun and attentive. I brought my bridesmaids back as well and we had a blast. We decided to do everything at this store (tuxes, dresses, invitations...) since we have had such a good experience.

        I ended up buying my bridal gown from this store and I got a VERY good price; however, I felt a little uncomfortable in the process. Many of the dresses I tried on were snagged or had small stains or were outdated. When I was trying on dresses, one of the sales associates kept opening the door while I was completely unclothed and coming into the room without even knocking. When I was paying for the dress, I felt like she left me "hanging" as she began attending to another person who came in (despite there being several other employees who were available to do that). Finally, when I went to schedule my alterations, I was shoved into a 30-minute slot that was already scheduled for someone else. The sales person explained that the other person who was scheduled in that place was arriving for a second fitting and therefore would "need only 5 minutes." I felt that it was unfair to the other customer for the sales person to make that assumption -- as well as I felt I deserved to be scheduled in my own time slot where it would not be so rushed. Overall, I got a great deal on the dress I bought. But, I'm HUGE on customer service, and I don't think this store really measured up.
